How do I book?

How much notice do I need to give?
Please allow as much notice as possible. Summer is of course very busy.

What does the price include?
The price includes the delivery and collection of the bouncy castle of your choice, blower, extension cables and safety mats.
Do you hire overnight?
On certain occasions, please phone.
When is the inflatable delivered and collected?
We will arrange all details at time of booking to suit you.
Is a deposit required?
No, we will collect full payment on the day.
What about cancelling our booking?
Please give as much notice as possible.
What if it rains?
Should it rain during your hire period, turn off the blower/s and protect electrics from getting wet.
How long does it take to inflate/deflate, set up/pack up?
Bouncy castles take approximately 15 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack up. Inflation/deflation takes approximately 3 minutes.
How much space is needed?
The space required depends on the size of the castle, ( please see product description ), we also need an area for the blowers cables at the rear and safety mats at the front.
What do I need to supply?
All we ask for is the electricity to run our blowers and for a form of ID to prove name and address.
Is there an age limit for using the castle?
Yes, we say up to 14 years old and ask you to be very careful not to overcrowd the castle.
